Description:

A PHP library for improving the use of exceptions.

Adds functionality to the standard Exception class.

- Create new exceptions based on sprintf() format.
- Create new exceptions using the last error (error_get_last()).

To use this library, you just have to add, in your project:
  require_once '/usr/share/php/Phine/Exception/autoload.php';
